Mohammed Hassan Al Khatib was appointed as the Director of Support Services at the Dubai School of Government in July 2011. He holds over 17 years of experience in the fields of Strategic Leadership, Business Development, Business Networking, Marketing, Client Services, Public Relations, Sales and corporate support services  that spanned various industries including real estate, banking & finance, telecommunication, commercial and governmental services, and consumer goods.

Prior to joining DSG, Mohammed was the Director of Investor Relations at Dubai Industrial City, a member of TECOM Investments accountable for achieving annual revenue targets and service Delivery at both the strategic and operational levels; promoting investment in the industrial sectors within the strategy and vision of Dubai, with emphasis on partners relationship management and achieving high customer satisfaction.

Previous to that, he was the Business Sector Development Manager at Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry-DCCI Focusing on developing & networking 18 business groups and 33 business councils, encouraging their formation and affiliation to the Chamber and supporting them in electing their rep. committees, drafting their by-laws, work plans and codes of conduct, in addition to sponsoring their initiatives in enhancing the efficiency of the economic laws and regulations, to overcome obstacles and best serve the business sectors requirements in Dubai. During his employment with DCCI, Mohammed had served as a team leader of assessors in the Mohammed Bin Rashid Business Excellence Award - MRM.

Mohammed’s experience also crossed a number of blue chip companies within Dubai focusing on marketing, sales, and client relations. He was a key member in the founding team of Dubai Festival City Development-Al Futtaim Group Limited, sales and marketing team player at Al Futtaim Sons Co Ltd, and a member of the client relations team of Oman Finance and the Commercial Bank of Dubai. Mohammed graduated from the United Arab Emirates University, UAE with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
