The Dubai School of Government seeks candidates who are committed to the ideals of public service for the MPA program. Candidates should be highly motivated, outward looking, open to new ideas, and able to share insights from their own work experience. Applicants will be evaluated on academic preparation and the depth and quality of experience, as demonstrated by work history, references, and the applicant’s essays. Applicants should satisfy the following admissions criteria:

• Four-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university or college
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)
• Minimum TOEFL score of 550 or equivalent (computer-based TOEFL score of 213, Internet-based TOEFL score of 79-80, or IELTS score of 6.0)
• Minimum of six years of relevant work experience

Candidates wishing to apply for the MPA program should submit the following documents:

• Completed application form for admission
• All official university degrees and transcripts
• Official standardized test scores (TOEFL or IELTS)
• Curriculum Vitae
• Three reference letters
• Passport copy with two passport-size photos
• Application Fee of AED 250 (non-refundable check payable to "Dubai School of Government")
