Mhamed Biygautane is a Research Associate in the Arab Public Management Program at the Dubai School of Government. Mr. Biygautane has completed a Master of Public Policy and Management (Distinction) from the Graduate School of Business and Economics at Monash University, Melbourne Australia. Earlier, he was awarded a master’s in Jerusalem Studies (Honors) from Kings College in the United Kingdom. His bachelor’s degree is from Kent State University, Ohio, USA, where he majored in International Relations with a focus on International Economics.
During the course of his studies, he was actively involved with a wide range of relationship building as well as leadership experiences, forums and conferences. His work experience includes an internship with the Australian Trade Commission (Austrade), Government of Victoria, where his main duties included drafting policy proposals and making recommendations to Austrade’s CEO and playing a leading role in a research project aimed at increasing Austrade’s role in the government’s new innovation agenda. He also served as a research assistant at several of the institutions where he studied.
